Installing the OneGoal Beta

Thank you for your interest in testing OneGoal! Follow the steps below to install the beta version of the app via TestFlight.

Requirements

Before you begin, make sure:

  • You have an iOS device running iOS 17 or later.
  • You’ve received an invitation link to join the OneGoal beta through TestFlight or have access to the public link.
  • TestFlight is installed on your iOS device (if it's not installed, reference Step 1 below)
  • The beta is only available on iOS and is not compatible with iPadOS, macOS, watchOS, or visionOS.

Step 1: Download TestFlight

If you don’t already have TestFlight installed on your iOS device:

  1. Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Search for TestFlight.
  3. Tap the Get button to install it.

Step 2: Join the Beta

If You Have an Email Invitation:

  1. Open the invitation email you received from TestFlight.
  2. Tap the Open in TestFlight button in the email.
  3. If prompted, sign in with your Apple ID.
  4. TestFlight will open and display the OneGoal beta.

If You Have a Public Link:

  1. Tap the public link provided to access the OneGoal beta.
  2. The link will open in TestFlight.
  3. If prompted, sign in with your Apple ID.
  4. TestFlight will display the OneGoal beta.

Step 3: Install the App

  1. Tap Accept in TestFlight.
  2. Tap the Install button to download the beta version of OneGoal.
  3. Once installation is complete, the app will appear on your Home Screen.

Step 4: Launch OneGoal

  1. Open the app from your Home Screen.
  2. Follow the onboarding steps to get started.
  3. Begin using OneGoal and provide feedback via TestFlight if you encounter any issues or have suggestions.

Providing Feedback

Your feedback is essential to improving OneGoal! Here’s how you can provide it:

Option 1: In TestFlight

  1. Open TestFlight.
  2. Select OneGoal from the list of apps.
  3. Tap Send Beta Feedback.
  4. Include screenshots and a description of the issue or suggestion.

Option 2: In the OneGoal App

  1. Open OneGoal.
  2. Tap Settings > Contact Support.
  3. Provide your feedback directly to our team.

Updating the Beta

New beta versions may be released during the testing period. To update:

  1. Open TestFlight.
  2. Select OneGoal.
  3. Tap Update if a new version is available.
